Last week I was on a combined holiday and business trip to Scotland. Had some good discussions with people at Glasgow University, and then zoomed up North to a small village near Inverness called Findhorn. A friend of mine is doing a programme at the Findhorn Foundation and I got the opportunity of visiting, and getting a glimpse of the community. Even got to join in some of the activities, and I did a workshop by HAI, the Human Awareness Institute.
The best part of the trip was the sunny weather. I did not get rained on the whole week! The road along Loch Ness made me very, very happy.
Meeting new people, seeing old friends, doing interesting things, being personally challenged, enjoying the sun, indulging in sweeping bends on the bike and quaffing creamy Scottish ales. Aaaah. Did I mention I had a good time?
