Next time that I do a job where I am sub-contracting on behalf of a company to a third-party, I ust remember to clearly state that I will not be communicating with the third-party directly unless I can do so under my own name using my normal mail address. Having disjointed mail systems and pretending that you are a member of staff can be taxing and wreak havoc on the flow of information and general project management.
